CBD Infused Products Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for one of the following ways:

1. A full refund for the product(s) if it was due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item(s) or your product(s) has not been delivered to your address you provided within 30 days based off the USPS report).
2. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
3. A store credit for the amount you paid for the item(s) you are wishing to return if you have an account with us.
4. This option is not valid for guest purchases.
5. Store credit will be entered into the customer’s account within 3 weeks once the product(s) has been returned to our facility. However, in many cases you will receive the store credit sooner.
6. We will not cover the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to our facility.
7. We will replace the returned item(s) with a new product(s) of the customer’s choice for equal or less value on us once the product has been returned to our facility.
8. We will not cover the cost of shipping the retuned item(s) to our facility.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
